There must be one for this already, but I can\'t find it. What do you call the trope when a character in the past refers to a fantastic new (at the time) invention, predicting that in the future (i.e. now) it will be commonplace? Sort of like {{It Will Never Catch On}} and {{This Is Going To Be Huge}}, except the prediction in the past turns out to be correct. {{Murdoch Mysteries}} does this at least once an episode.
