It was this 90's tv kids show with actual actors, about this boy and this girl who were neighbors and friends. One of them had curly red hair. In the beginning credits it showed them talking through their windows and but it had an animated telephone cup chord drawn on the scene, I think the girl had a younger sister maybe? Sorry this is all I can remember but if you know what tv show is is thanks!
