ALF?
There's a special literally called Stranger Danger with an alien kid getting kidnap. It was covered in episode 13 of Red Letters Media's Wheel fo the Worst https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELYudG_0j3c&feature=youtu.be
It was a show with an alien I think? He was pale and he'd get like kidnapped and stuff during the episodes, it was probably made in the 90's to the 00's. The alien was grown I believe but he acted like a kid. It was a really strange show, sorry if this is vague but it's all I can remember.
