I remember a Treehouse TV show from the late 90s/early 00s called St. Bear's Doll Hospital, which centered around characters fixing broken toys. I can't remember any 'ball of fluff' character though.
early 2000's treehouse tv show (canadian tv) about a cotton ball (or some ball of fluff) who fixes ripped toys. Thats all i can remember ive been looking forever for this
