24 was a popular series about stories that all took place within twenty-four hour timeframes. I'd be surprised if it were that though, I'd think most people would remember that one.
Alternatively, there was a film called The Number 23 starring Jim Carrey. That's also a possibility, unless you're certain this was a series you're thinking of.
I remember viewing a TV show and recently it has come into my head and has bugging me for a while now. I'm pretty sure the title was a number in the twenties, and whenever that number appeared somewhere something bad happened.
It would have aired between the 2000's-2010's.
I know it isn't much to go off but if you can provide some hints that would be great.
