Im not sure but i didnt look so childish but mybe im wrong cuz raptors in series look real something like 1998-2005 but i was a kid who knows

This might be a long shot, but is it by any chance the animated show Dino Squad?
Maybe it's Dinosaur King?
I can't remember a tv show its about some teens in a jungle surviveing from some dinosaurs attack and one of them is good and later reviled its their friend
