Bobbys world my bad it is titch bobby did ride a tricycle toy in the intro as well

Trying to remember name of a kids tv show from around 2005. It had a kid riding around on tricycle with large letters on ground, there was piano music with kid singing words like "i'm getting stronger everyday..." it was either CG or claymotion. any ideas? thanks..
