A few more details will help - do you remember anything about Jack - was he a doctor, cop, etc? Or when did the show come out? Was it magical fantasy, cops, and robbers, based off a Sci Fi book, etc?
If knowledge is the key, then show me the lock, so I can ask someone to break it.
