Escapist did what ever corporate controlled internet magezine did: fire personalities (ie the reason the site was there) in favor of clickbaity things because famous people tend to want big pay, that ad revenues cant cover.

Slow spiral into total irrelevence with Yahtzee being the only thing people regularly come back to.

I dont think they would need guards, i doubt people would get violent at them more than simply taunting or insulting them.

Marcen, I don't think it's healthy to keep posting your hatred of Doug Walker - it's becoming rather obsessive, honestly. I'd recommend you try to forget about him - sure, he might still have fans, but there's nothing any of us can do about that. Rest assured, he'll probably never rise to his former heights again, and this will almost certainly come back up if he tries. He's just not worth the hate, quite frankly.

I mean, there are still other CA-produced shows, like Top 5 or Tamara's Never Seen. And maybe there will be something to discuss regarding the site itself rather than just Doug's stuff.

I'm beginning to think that there is nothing. Nothing.

Its just a silly web show in which a guy yells at things, dont take it too hard.

But I can't get away from it if the Internet, or even real life, will not let me. I tried to get away from the site by going off grid, and still I see it. And it gets more popular. I'm starting to think that people are idiots. Maybe they don't know about what happened, maybe they're innocent. But I don't think...I try not to let it get to me. Good God, I have tried. But then the channel gets more sub's and I think, "Yeah, I don't know. Maybe I should use The Power of Fucking Hate at this point of my life. Tried being nice but I guess pure hatred on things brings more people's fucking attention. Fucking first world problems." I truly don't know what I should do because moving on with my everyday life with a decent job and a family who loves me and friends who like me aren't going to cut it. Sigh. Thank God for my friends, otherwise, I would have snapped years ago. But the Walkers...God...fucking...bless those fucking assholes. I...need...something to...I don't know what to do with these thoughts.
