I liked it, though the movie didn't look that bad (save for the Idiot Plot). iRawss is definitely one of my favourite new producers on the site.
BTW, oh and remember NerdQuest, that movie directed by MikeJ that doesn't even have its own TVT page? Well, it will be shown next week on TGWTG.

Just a person. He/him.WOO WOO WOO WOOOOOOO!
@Odd: From what I have heard, Zone is some person who does flash hentai animations were artstyle is really accurate to the source material. Which are mostly cartoon shows. And once Skullgirls, which apparently impressed Skullgirls stuff enough to hire them as animator
@Lemster: So wait, you hate everyone associated with Zone because you hate Rebel Taxi so you hate Zone so you hate Bennet the saga for being associated with Zone? Because really, what the heck else could be reason to hate Bennet the sage unless you have never watched his show? ._. I mean, yeah, sure, he DOES do sometimes offensive jokes, but its not like that is only thing he does

See, I don't dislike Bennett for offensive jokes, I dislike him because his music-related videos show a huge degree of ignorance and untempered bias in talking about music. As a point of comparison, in Todd's videos, he freely admits when he doesn't know about something or is biased about something, but tries to minimize these when actually analyzing the songs he covers. He does research when he doesn't know about a subject and doesn't pretend to hold any degree of authority over what he's talking about (unless doing so can be milked for a laugh). He gives both his own opinion and attempts to analyze and rate a song without letting those personal opinions totally get in the way.
Bennett? "Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons is some of the worst music to ever chart because I hate Frankie Valli's voice." Really? Is that all you're gonna say there? That's simply daft.
As for his other videos, I don't watch much anime, so they're not very relevant to me, and he stopped doing those Masterpiece Fanfic Theater videos, which I actually enjoyed a lot.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here. Not to repeat myself, but the main reason I gave up watching Bennett was honestly not because of the whole Zone thing, but after his Violence Jack "review" where he couldn't even show one clip from the 3 part OVA before he supposedly destroyed the ultra-rare VHS of the anime. So not worth it, dude.
Despite how it's made out to be this horrible horrible anime, I've actually seen the entirety of Violence Jack....it's not the worst anime I've seen and certainly no different from some of the others he's reviewed like Genocypber. Though if Diamanda Hagan can get jokes out about Where The Dead Go To Die, all while showing all the most graphic scenes uncensored at the end, I don't see how Sage couldn't.

The reveiw itself adressed that. It's too horrific for him to feel comfortable mocking, but not bad enough to rage at, a serious review wouldn't work because so much of the clips wouldn't be blipsafe so he'd be forced to tell not show us anything about the anime.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.I'm sure he didn't actually destroy it, probably just put a copy of the label on a blank VHS tape and destroyed that. I think James Rolfe and Doug do the same thing when they destroy whatever they're reviewing.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. And right after that...Discotek announced the license. It ain't gonna be ultra rare for much longer.

Not Three Laws compliant.Well, that VHS is at least.
Oh no, people won't be able to find the one with infinitely worse video quality as easily!
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Bennett? "Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons is some of the worst music to ever chart because I hate Frankie Valli's voice." Really? Is that all you're gonna say there? That's simply daft.
Wow, you really like bringing that one video up. For the record, he said at the beginning of the video "I'm not gonna present my list as any definitive statement of a song's quality, since I'm just a guy with his opinions same as the next, but don't think for one moment that I made my choices lightly". So, he did admit his own bias. I think overall that video showed a good amount of perspective and analysis. I'll admit for that one pick he may have let his bias get in the way too much, but it wasn't obtuse enough to sink the credibility of the whole video for me. Maybe I would feel differently if were a Frankie Valli fan, but I'm not, I actually kind of agree with Sage here.
I don't watch Sage's other videos, but I like his music-related ones. He shows a degree of respect for music as an art form as a degree of enthusiasm for appreciating the good qualities in music that makes me want to hear his opinion. No, he's not as good as analysis as Todd is, but he's way better at it than, say, that Mues guy you've touted a lot. It's been a while since I watched any of his videos, but "ignorance and untempered bias" is a pretty good description of how I would characterize the way he presents his opinions on music.
Well me uncensoring stuff at the end of Where the Dead go to Die was because (to my knowledge) I didn't NEED to censor the review because it was animation. I was sure people would have got got used to the censored weirdness and I wanted to lul them into a false sense of semi-security before hitting them with the real thing.
It was pretty much me trolling.
Iv never seen Violence Jack, how does it compare to Where the Dead?
O hai Diamanda Hagan.
Well, there's gang**** (which is blurred even in the uncut version), a woman getting impaled from privates to mouth, extreme amounts of gore...it's nothing really different from what I've seen in Where the Dead Go to Die.

@Odd: Geez, you are really fixated on personal opinion top 50 list which is completely stated to be about his own personal opinion Seriously, do I need to start singing the really really catchy but overused song that from movie that is getting hype backlash called Let it-*gets shot*
Hey, I only bring it up when he's brought up in the context of "do you like his videos or not".
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Diamanda Hagan possesses Pushing Up Roses in this second possession review! http://blip.tv/diamanda-hagan-lecher-bitch/special-review-sex-madness-7114865
Fun fact: That script was written in 2012. Roses was meant to be in the 2nd set of possession reviews but she got sick and so I (quickly) scripted Island f Lost Souls and enlisted Scifi Guy. So if the script feels oldschool, thats why.
Cool! I love learning about the behind the scenes of writing scripts and casting.
It looks kinda like Chez Apocalypse now. Not that that's a bad thing.
And their shows bar is wider now. Good Christmas present!
... a new site.
FINALLY, after years of rumors, a new site is finally begat from the anus of That Guy.
Holy shit the site navigation is so much better now.
So now I suppose that old meme of "The site redesign is coming!" is officially dead
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Unless they'll redesign it twice!
So, um, how about this four-way crossover? I love the running joke of Namio appearing in his videos, immediately followed by him saying something along the line of, "Ah, Namio, the person who the fans get annoyed with." I like Namio and I like him teasing the fans.
