Misty's brother? No, I'm sure he stays gone. Everyone who dies in this arc except the Godwin brothers get revived, though. That said, a lot of the revivals are apparently in side-material explaining the aftermath, so you can safely ignore a few.

Oh, my bad. He still basically lost the duel on like the second turn, though.
Does Misty's brother at least stay dead? I'm pretty sure Misty, Carly and Blue Haired Laughy Guy will be back because ?? but if he comes back too I'm done.
