I knew that too: I used to live an hour or so's drive from Real!Bern. But Real!Lycia is basically the exact same idea as Game!Lycia, but older than the Greeks as opposed to Medieval European Fantasy. It was actually really cool.

Man. Maybe I should start using all that stuff I got from Grinding like Iote's Shield and the Limit Breaker before I do Apotheosis again....
But I really don't want to start re-grinding. I just wanna be done with it.

Rob: It's possible to do even the Secret Route with Sage/Sniper Vantage-Vengeance-Galeforce setups (bring forged Celica's Gales and Longbows), Rallies, and Rescue abuse (it's possible to do without both Rallies and Limit Breaker too, but you need to do some serious eugenics for that).
Basically, it's all about minmaxing, but you don't absolutely need the most optimized builds. Just something like 75% of fully optimized.

I can't find my Awakening cartridge, but I stopped playing around Chapter 18 or so when I realised I had made a terrible mistake: I had promoted everyone as soon as it was possible, which really weakened several of my units (I remember my Lucina being pretty terrible, for instance.)

Were you playing Normal? You could partially fix it buy buying a ton of second seals, and going back. Hard Mode, it's much harder to fix, and lunatic?
I'd be surprised if anyone could get through lunatic if they messed up like that.

Rob: Depends on what your team currently looks like and how much effort you're willing to put in to close the gap. It does kinda help if you build your team for it from the beginning, though, so you may just wanna beat the game and come back after, anyway.

I still need to beat the Future Past maps, but I have no interest in Apotheosis. I get that there's an appeal in challenge, but it sounds unreasonably hard and minmaxy.
It's been fun.

The end of Future's Past felt like an ending in and of itself. I know Apotheosis is the finale DLC (or at leas the last one on the list) but I feel like I should have saved Future's past for last.
Well, anyway, sometime soon, I'll finish the last DLC and then the game again.
Maybe after, I'll alternate between A Link Between Worlds (which I still need to finish) and Shin Megami Tensei IV (where I chose the White ending).
