Which is weird, since Reimu really should be in her late 20s at this point, unless she started the Windows series as a 9 year old or something.

Ah. That old problem/discussion ...well, under the new rules for the char page, anyone who doesn't actually appear in the work in question doesn't get an entry. That's why Youki Konpaku was nuked, for example. So, under those rules, even Chang'e should go entirely.

...I'm gonna add, however, that I wasn't entirely happy about this change in policy when it happened... but, to answer your rhetorical question, Hylarn: she has an entry because at least one person (but probably many more) feels that she is important to Touhou and therefore warrants an entry on the char page, since she was a part of the story of LOLKAT, part of the backstory of at least one character and a staple of the setting as a whole... so that person concluded that she definitively warranted being there in terms of importance (playing Devil's Advocate: importance to the Touhou Setting overall compared to, say Kisume, who does have an entry? ). What the rules say is another matter, and ho to deal with that is in the hands of other people than me.

EDIT: Now having checked out her entry, it actually mentions that in SSIB, we DO see her for one panel!!◊ (And not in frog form Blame AKIIII EDDDAAAA!!! or ZUN bein' drunk, both make sense!) I had actually forgotten that. I would go even beyond playing Devil's Advocate now! She appeared in person. And she's important. I strongly vote for her staying.

Being as I'm the one who put it there, I put it there because:

1. Chang'e does have some importance.

2. She does actually show up◊ veiled and behind a curtain in Silent Sinner In Blue. Nondescript to be sure, but more of an actual physical presence in the series than, say, Youki or Myouren.
