Long time ago I pondered if some one would bother trying to illustrate the Music CD stories.
And then some one decided to make a fanime out of them.
Admirably, the only story I was really interested was Dolls in Pseudo Paradise, but hey.
(Note: chances are they are doing original stories, but hey, it can go either way)

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Actually it is not only about the music CD story. If you have keen eyes, there's actually enough to sleuth from what elements are present in this preview.
Posting a page-bottom link again: a fan project, ridiculously ambitious, with something coming out soon.

Stop atrican from crawling out of the dumpster! Touhou status updatesDat Merry-berry
Haha, yeah ^^ She Judge Doom'd it ^^. Although, as silly as it sounds, I found Marisa killing the shoe a little bit disturbing... was very casual and cold. But I guess, such "fresh" young youkai are fair game for killing, as Kasen demonstrated again here. Kasen is, as seen in this one, and by her evil-spirit-crushing, also very cold and scary when executing things... we can just be grateful that she's not doin' it to people. ...anymore!? Who knows... Oni Backstory and all that...
I can see where you're coming from with that.
Well I think the main thing s that she was smiling.
It occurs to me that in many ways Byakuren is as much of an RPG villain as Miko is.
Heart of StoneLook at the robe she's wearing on there.

It's a fairly classical monk look.
Holy crap, a Touhou fanime centered around my favourite two characters in the series. This is indeed very promising. Question though, will the finished product include any voice acting?
Byakuren always has that Knight Templar feel to her.

Based on the materials shown and the synopsis, it sounds more like they're just a framing device to look at the stories of other characters. Which is honestly right up my alley (moreso than the other fanime attempts anyway). I suppose we'll see soon enough though.
Chinese voice acting would seem somewhat surreal, but this wouldn't be "ridiculously ambitious" if they weren't ambitious, I guess.
@Death in Touhou: Well there was that one crow back in SSiB...

And fairies die when they are killed like those four tree fairies in OSP. It just doesn't stick.
Okay, yeah, I forgot all about those. I wouldn't really count fairy deaths as death, though, since they'll still be around, like Mokou.
It's been a while since Kasen put her evil game face on. So metal.
She hasn't been this careless, either. Would've been a grand problem had Reimu looked into the incident deeper...
A Fanime revolving around Ren and Mary? Oh, that sounds promising.
Re: manga translation, I'll wait for the Chinese translations to start serious working, but...
A historical reference (the English and Japanese wikipedia articles are different, read them both). The Sleeping Cat of Ieyasu's Tōshō-gū Shrine is said to keep rats away from the great shrine.
Stop atrican from crawling out of the dumpster! Touhou status updatesI see. I guess that explains the weird emphasis on moonlight. As noted, my translation was pretty liberal with the product, ie: I just made it up. If it's a reference I should probably preserve it, but nemurineko just sounded pretty awkward to me.
Oh, it was simply asphyxiated.
Conception is sin Birth is pain Life is toil Death is inevitableI seem to recall it was foaming at the mouth. Also, the first way you'd die in a vacuum is probably the bends (air bubbles in the blood from air pressure differentials).
A 4chan post brought up a theory: Kasen only ripped out the lizard's dragon-ball-to-be, to prevent it from further transformation, instead of killing it.
That makes a lot of sense to me - I mean, Kasen should be able to break its neck without using a second hand.
Stop atrican from crawling out of the dumpster! Touhou status updatesIt did kind of shatter and explode and stuff after she stabbed it though. And you'd expect her to be taking it home afterward if it was still alive. Obviously she took out the liver because she thought it was important to the transformation, but I'm pretty sure it also died. How would it live without a liver anyway?
