She was using her Last Word of course.
Too bad it's not terribly hard, especially for a goddess.

So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonShould've gone with Infrared Moon.
I have a message from another time...Which one's Mind Shaker?
Heart of StoneWave Sign "Red Eye Hypnosis"
I have a message from another time...This one
I had the Easy mode version up before the edit, but that one is nearly unrecognizable compared to the harder difficulties.

So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonOh her first one? Oh, not that one then. That one's easy.
Doesn't she have spellcards called 'Lunatic Red Eyes' and 'Invisible Full Moon'?
Heart of StoneLunatic Red Eyes is her Last Word and Invisible Full Moon is her final (but not her Last Spell)

So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonInteresting. I took a look at info on Reisen's spellcards in the fighting games, and I found that Gas Woven Orb and Grand Patriot's Elixir don't have extra names. Presumably because the two of them are medicines given to her by Eirin. all of Reisen's other spells are her own moves, and the extra names represent the mind-bending nature of the spells themselves.
I imagine that when she declares a spell, she says one thing, but you hear another.
edit: Reisen's Final Spell is Lunar Eyes "Lunar Rabbit's Remote Mesmerism" (Tele-Mesmerism), and her Last Word is "Lunatic Red Eyes". Yeah.
edit: Wait, speaking of Gas-Woven Orb, if Reisen's already taken the antidote, then why does it deal damage in a Mirror Match?

I have a message from another time...I'm looking at the list in IN, Tele-Mesmerism is her Last Spell.
From ZUN's comments on Lunatic Red Eyes
She's probably a lot less angry by the time SWR rolls around.

So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonBut her spells in SWR still have the nicknames. It's only the two medicine spells that don't.
I have a message from another time...Maybe we have different translations but I see:
- Poison Smokescreen "Gas Woven Orb"
- Life Elixir "Grand Patriot's Elixir"
All spellcards (well, most) have a title and subtitle like that.
But Reisen has stuff like: Nearsightedness "In The Red Moonlight" (Infrared Moon). Or Spread Sign "Moon of Truth" (Invisible Full Moon)

I have a message from another time...She has nothing but stupid nicknames. Poor girl, nobody even knows what her original name might have been.
Except maybe her parents. I'm going to assume they're dead. Its my standard Touhou procedure.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersFinding good arranges of Reisen's theme is hard.
So have an old one instead.
Also, Reisen has the cleverest spellcard naming theme in the series. Yep.

Heart of StoneOn how Kanako got to the Underground, SoPM mentions something about Suwako using the Mishaguji to open up passages.

Of note is the fact that the stuff between parenthesis is written in katakana while the rest is kanji (at least, so I've heard). So the first part is Japanese, then you get "eenfraredu moono" or "eenvisaabol fooll moon". Or at least, that's the impression I get based on google translate. Anyway, that's probably why it's described as a stupid name.

I think it relies on the thing where there are multiple ways to read kanji. So 赤眼催眠 can be read as Red-Eyed Hypnosis or Mind Shaker.
At least, that's what the wiki says.
Heart of StoneNot exactly. The parenthesis are ZUN's way of getting around the fact that the game code doesn't allow furigana. So her card is written 赤眼催眠 and pronounced Mind Shaker, but only because (マインドシェイカー) is there
Whether you have or not is immaterial.
I have a message from another time...I nominate Enlong to be thread president.

Yeah, who does she think she is? An EX Midboss?
