I GOT HIM! Had to sacrifice my Unkillable but like Hell I'm resetting when I've got him with no minions and like a millimeter of health left.

That's Devil Survivor for you. Sometimes you have to sack off a demon or 2 in order to land the win.

I'll get the title for completing the Compendium and all the ones from the secret bosses; more than makes up for no Unkillable.

PSA: He has about 1300 health, which is definitely manageable with your imported demons. I noticed the number when he got Diarahan'd. For a boss with late-game level stats that's actually very low; thank the Axiom for small favors.

You should probably save the Unkillable run for Triangulum. Not the first run though, because of the Frost Five event.

Well hey, that was a confidence-booster. I was worried about Nebiros being my "brick wall" since he sounds like the hardest, relative to his position, of the secret bosses. So yeah, now I feel I can indeed take 'em all on.

Weirdly enough, I had a blast with the level. Never progressed to "so hard it's not fun," unlike certain giant white poison-spewing balls of death I could name.

Well let's see how you feel about the Wednesday extra boss first...

Lilith? I've heard she's pretty easy once you get past her gimmick (which I know about, don't worry).

Are you referring to her Racial skill, or the fact that you can't KO any of the human enemies?

Both.

Barrier can actually reflect her Racial Skill back onto herself.

Is that an Auto Skill? In that case I don't think I have it; it was very late in my first run when I realized you could actually crack those. Been trying to make up for lost time on this run though.

Yes, Barrier is an Auto Skill.

I did, however, manage to get Ban Curse, which should take care of it.

According to the wikia, Null Curse on a male character will also help prevent Lilith from charming them. Also keep in mind that while female characters have a less likely chance of being charmed, it's still possible for them to be charmed.

Oh, and don't forget that demons can be charmed as well, so make sure you prepare against that. Demons aren't as easily charmed as male characters, but you might not want to take the chance.

Devil Survivor 1 update: I finished the rest of Day 1 without error on my part. After Wendigo the difficulty of the game becomes more manageable because you can fuse better demons to keep you alive. MC and Atsuro have a Kikimura each for healing and magic damage, and Atsuro and Yuzu have a Jambavan each to tank and deal phys damage. I also put Waira on Yuzu and Moh Shuyuu on MC to increase their movements.

Devil Survivor 1 update: Clear all of Day 2. That Hard Free Battle was very hard. I actually lost badly to the Lilim teams, which cause me to double-think my skill set ups for now on. Atsuro is fine because he gets all the Phys skills, but allocating Magic skills between MC and Yuzu was the ey to either manageable story missions or failure on my end. I cracked all the elemental dance skills today, and found out that Yuzu and MC can use a dance skill 3 times in one battle at their current levels of 18 and 17. I made a Sarasvati to replace Yuzu's Waira, which serve me well. I also made a Thor so the MC's magic damage would skyrocket. It's funny, because the first time I ever played this game I wrote off Thor as lame just because of its level. Now? I have a Thor with 19 STR to hit hard and tank harder with Taunt. Atsuro now has an Ubelluris to let him attack twice per turn, an effect I admittedly forgot during the Keisure and Midori battle. Said battle had a real close call for Yuzu and Atsuro, as they had lost both their demon and were down to slithers of health before I won the fight with the MC.

Is it wrong that the first thing I think of when watching that is ' BOOBIES! '?

The only demons where that is the appropriate response are Tiamat, Inanna, Satan, and Diana.

Inanna has nine of them.

TBH even though her design is based on an historical sculpture of her I'm really not a fan of Diana's SMT look, especially not the boobie hat.
