I was gonna make a topic about this, but it looks like someone beat me to the punch....
So. Amonst my favorite weapons are napalm bomb (nice blast radius, 2 hit kill), atomic fire (semi weak projectile, multi-hit fireballs in melee range), quick boomerang(fastfirefastfirefastfireWHEEEEEEE)...
Actually, it would be way too hard to name all of them. This game has way too many awesome weapons!
And though I'm not too good at using them, I love the top spin (instant death melee) and charge kick(charging attack, decent damage, very fast underwater travel).

Firstly, I wasn't sure whether this was worthy of a separate topic; my reasons for making a new topic are thus: thus!
Anyway. Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch is a free game using the Doom engine (standalone; it uses the Skulltag source port) which recreates the myriad characters of Mega-man in a First Person Shooter settings.
It's got a single-player, but the main draw seems to be the multiplayer. You can be Cutman, or Rockman, or Centaurman, or... to be honest I'm not sure about all this, I've never played Mega-man before. But I do think this game's a larf, from what I've played of it. Anyway! YOU get to BE the dudes from Megaman, and ZAP/DRILL/FLAME/FREEZE/etc other dudes!
Apparently it uses assets from the original games (graphics, sound, music etc) to create an interesting twist on the Megaman genre.
