A lot of his stuff is in English; personally I've only read Black Jack, but Astro Boy is really popular.
Tumblr here.The only Tezuka I own is Apollo's Song, but it's nowhere near his best stuff. I'd recommend Phoenix and Buddha, and the always-awsome Shaenon Garrity would like to add Dororo. Black Jack is good, too.
I thought that Dororo was too campy, myself.

Osamu Tezuka? I've been interested in his works, and i was wondering where i should start. Are any of his manga and anime available in the US, and in english for that matter?
