Very intriguing! Poor little Litch.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.D'awwwww. Sweet P's adorable.
i. hear. a. sound. The episode after "Gold Stars" is going to be called "The Visitor"; I'm rather intrigued by the summary: "Finn is led to both a friendly civilization, and a mysterious crash site."
It occurs to me that we never saw F&J explaining to TT and Mr. Pig that their new child used to be the ultimate killing machine, and could potentially revert to that state at some point. I wonder if there are any surprises in store for that couple in this upcoming episode...
Not hard to figure out what the crash site could be after the ending of "Astral Plane".
I've been really impressed with the post-hiatus episodes. And also about the fact that we have had two episodes with more or less direct continuity with each other without being a season finale.

I still don't understand why Finn's spirit was drawn out of his body
Whuh... it happens.
I think it had something to do with the nature of the comet. Something which might or might not be explained further.
Hasn't he had out of body experiences before? I figured it was just supposed to be random, and he was drawn to the comet out of subconscious curiosity (since he'd been wondering about it earlier).

He had one before, but that was specifically caused by the enchanted/cursed Lamb statue.
Is Glob gonna stay dead?
I don't know Prismo was revived and he got killed off by the Lich although it involved time travel shenanigans.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."Huh, it seems like in Adventure Time the ones with the biggest risk of death are the ones who logically seem to be immortal.
Only Glob is dead. Grod, Grob and Gob are still alive.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot. What did G-man say about comet bringing agent of change? .-. Or did I hear wrong? What was the name of the comet?
Is comet metaphorical so that spaceship is actually the comet or is there gonna be another lich comet in few billion years? xP
The wiki stated that it's Finn's father's spaceship. They just thought it was a asteroid.
Maybe it's still the comet, but Finn' dad somehow converted it into a spaceship.
^^Umm, yes, I did see the episode, I know I tend to be lazy with my English, but I didn't think my post was that incomprehensible ._. I really need to rethink my life- nah just kidding, not gonna be less lazy
I think the comet was headed towards earth, but was hijacked by Martin because his spaceship was so damaged that it couldn't travel very far on its own. That's why its trajectory and timing were wrong.
Before there was anything, there was nothing. And before nothing, there were monsters
I liked this episode. Sweet P is so sweet...and underneath, he's so hideous.
Gonna be sad when something sends him over the edge though...
February air dates: "The Visitor", February 5th. "The Mountain", February 12th. "Dark Purple", February 19th. "The Diary", February 26th. I suspect Finn's astral form was drawn out by the comet due to the past incarnation thing.
Finn won't be too happy to run into his old man again next week, that's for sure.
...
The king has returned.
