Finding an Artist?

I'm currently sort of but not really but totally am working on the script for a shounen manga inspired action/drama comic/graphic novel/what have you.

Just one problem.

I got no artist.

Now I'm not asking for artits in this thread, I was just wondering is anyone knew a good resource for finding them.

If you have lots of time, the net etiquette of Prince_of_Macedon and the patient of a saint, I suggest the one and only Deviant Art.

(I get a feeling this might not be a good advice now I think about it)
