Most original title ever, I know. There's not an AW 2 Liveblog here so I decided to create one myself. Also, I don't plan on playing the main campaign, just the Versus maps, because I think it's much more fun. We shall follow the adventures of Andy, Orange Star's new recruit and resident Genius Ditz. You can imagine how well that will turn out. First map is Little Island.

War has never been so much fun

Not a fan of the single campaign? Unfortunate, I found AW2 to have probably the tightest package of the first three AW games. Best presentation and the most interesting campaign scenarios. Oh, Dual Strike did have lots more extras, but Black Hole Rising really had the best presentation, I must say.

Yeah, it really is the best campaign (although I haven't finished Dual Strike yet), but I always preferred playing the versus maps. But I can do the main campaign, of course, if people prefer it.

Ok, no responses, so I guess I'll continue with what I was doing:

WARNING: If you don't want criticism, disregard this post.

Sorry to say, but meh. The 'humor' involved is falling flat with me. I will admit some of Colin's lines on the first map were entertaining, but the whole thing just seems so uninteresting.

My other issue is that there's barely a Blogination/Let's Play going on here. A few screenshots, but no explanation of the tactics you're using and what happened.

Personally, I'd rather read your description on how you start a mission, your choice of characters, and the tactics you used, rather than this dialogue humour you're going for. Especially if you do decide to play through the campaign.

That's ok, criticism is what I need. If you think it would be better for me to do the main campaign, I'll do it.

I for one, like this format. Especially since I never played any other game than Dark Conflict (Days of Ruin)...

Heh, maybe my complaining will bring out the supporters of what you're doing so far.

Still, would be nice to see a description of what's actually going on in game. A quick review of your starting point, strategies, and progress.

By the way, should I do the normal campaign or Hard Mode? The problem with the normal one is that the first few levels are basically tutorials so there isn't anything worth saying about them.

*Shrug* Your choice. I'd start with Normal Mode myself, though feel free to gloss over the tutorial missions.

I was slightly disappointed how Hard campaign only had the the Orange Star and Black Hole (And one Green Earth) mission really different and remixed. Everything else just gave the enemy more units.

So, will you continue this liveblog? I liked it...

I like it. the characters are funny, and hearing the C Os talk about war is much more funny than the C Os explaining their tactics: "I am moving my infantry ...uh...2 spaces closer to the...tank, because...uh..." or you explaining: "I am having my Neotanks destroy the infantry because they are in the way." the way it is now is hillarious, and I think we need a T Vtropes page for this.
