The song "Link to All" plays in Kingdom Hearts Union X in the "Candy Kingdom" while Ralph is plummeting towards Diet Cola Mountain and he recites the Bad Guy Affirmation while looking at the hero medal Vanellope made for him, all the while Vanellope uses her glitching to get around the Cy-Bugs and save Ralph and the Player from their deaths.
If you play with fire, you're gonna get burned.Well there's nothing wrong about having some optimism, regarding having a big hit. Video Game adaptations recently, get this... haven't been sucking, resulting in more instances of winged swine flying in flocks lately (just the other day, I SAW this gracefully flying hog, ramming straight into some geese, fascinating stuff), and honestly, I feel Disney would very much want a slice of that video game adaptation money pie. They could likely adapt the first and second main core games, go to town, really just sell a spiky-haired brunette guy with a big ass key, going ham on some shadowy peeps, it would be good.
Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...And the song Tears of the Light plays in the same world after Ralph destroys Vanellope's kart, and she says "You really are a bad guy" in tears, and later when the player finds Ralph all alone in the Niceland penthouse, lamenting how getting the medal didn't earn him the happiness he truly wanted.
If you play with fire, you're gonna get burned. It would have to have a decent director and writer behind it AND they have to know how to show love to the story. That’s been a big thing with recent game adaptations - the people making them LIKE the games and are PASSIONATE about the projects.

The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Of course, of course, and I know for a fact that Disney doesn't often meet both criteria, which kind of makes that a bit... iffy... but, if Disney were to try having those passionate directors and writers, the Kingdom Hearts fanbase is big enough to where they COULD feasibly start finding very creative fans before long.
Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...If Turning Red ever got adapted, the song "Laughter and Merriment" would definitely play while Priya is doing charades at Tyler's party while everyone's waiting for Mei and her panda, and then the song "Villains of a Sort" would play during Mei's nightmare.
If you play with fire, you're gonna get burned.Leaker claims 4 will be out next year in a Patreon post.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I have doubts…
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.I can see it happening, that is usually how the scheduling for Square's releases usually go anyway. XVI was last years big title, VII Rebirth was this years, next year probably gonna get Kingdom Hearts IV.
We will see, but remember that 3 took years and years after announcement.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.I am inherently distrustful of a leaker that locks their info behind a paywall.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I distrust leakers in general. That Smash Bros. Grinch BS proved just HOW far they're willing to go for attention.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."They probably assumed Missing Link would fill the gap and tide people over for KHIV. But, well, that didn't happen.
-Witty line-This dude accurately leaked the Switch OLED, so I'm not sure if he can be doubted that much. Strange he's locking his info behind Patreon, though.
Watch SymphogearHearing this does fill me with optimism, and I do think the timetable works out—as I recall III had some specific issues in development that are unlikely to be repeated.
Does anyone have more details on what exactly is behind the paywall?
Oh God! Natural light! They probably didn't want a repeat of the fiasco of announcing the game too early like with III, so KHIV was probably pretty far along when the trailer dropped.
-Witty line-I think I recall Nomura saying at the time that they were in the process of choosing the Disney worlds. I don't know how long it takes to actually complete each of them, mind you, but it's been two years, so I'd like to think substantial progress has been made.
Oh God! Natural light!Yeah, Kingdom Hearts III lost an entire year to the switch from Luminous to Unreal Engine 4. So, all-in-all it took around 4 to 4,5 years to develop. Kingdom Hearts IV started development right after Re:Mind, so around 2020 - however, the pandemic might have had an effect on development - so I think 2025 is not at all unrealistic. Especially considering that Square has actually been really good this decade about shedding their long wait time for games. FFXVI and FFVII Rebirth were both announced relatively close to release, so that gives me hope.
Really, I think it depends on how much KHIV we're gonna see in this year's events going forward. Let's hope SGF gives us something.
Check out my YouTube-channel, if you wantI believe no leaker until I actually see evidence
New theme music also a boxKHIV also switched to Unreal engine 5 since the first trailer, so its definitely an easier transition then the Luminous to Unreal Engine 4 was I bet.
If it does come out next year, I expect a trailer probably around June during Summer Games Fest.
Watch SymphogearThey probably also got the ball rolling for IV with concepts and general plot layout during the time between III and Remind. So most likely the gap between announcement and major update or release won't be as big as before.
-Witty line-Pretty certain the only reason Kingdom Hearts II had an exception at all with the Beauty & The Beast level was because Beast himself was a crucial player in the shit that went down at Hollow Bastion, the game prior.

Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...Now, I think KHIII really did well by a lot of the Disney Worlds, especially in contrast to KHII (which I've recently replayed with a friend who's never played KH before, and let me tell you ... the KHII-Disney worlds are genuinely so much worse than anything in KHIII).
I just think they majorly shot themselves in the foot with Dream Drop Distance, because the finale was already clear before anything even happened and none of the bad or good guys could get a win before then. As always, 3D is to blame.
Check out my YouTube-channel, if you wantI love the worlds in 3, mostly because they are finally fully populated and have such fun ways to interact with them.

A Traverse Town mod work-in-progress for Kingdom Hearts 3.
