Coded is a fun game.
Life is more fun with infinite MP.I actually played II first, when it came out. Then I wondered what I was like, and then realized that II was actually a sequel.
That's what happens when you get used to standalone installments.
Optimism is a duty.Gameplay-wise is there any difference between coded and Re:coded?
This song needs more love. The original is a cell phone game, so yeah.
Don't really know what the changes entail, though.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? The original coded and Re:coded don't really play anything alike, from what I know.
I mean. Okay, some of the Finish commands in Re:coded, like D-Thundaga that have you pressing buttons in a Rhythm game are from the original coded.
And I think you always had the gameplay change sections. Platforming in Traverse Town, On Rails Shooter in Wonderland, RPG in Olympus.
But the Keyblade and Deck Commands and Stat Matrix stuff that makes the majority of the gameplay in Re:coded wasn't there, I'm pretty sure.
considering that coded was a phone game and you can't even play it anymore, i'd say yes
all the concepts are the same but the combat is HEAVILY simplified to the point where you're just hitting directions that show up on the screen
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-Maeyou can see a bit of the gameplay about a minute in to this video
i would edit it into my post but, uh, tvtropes won't let me
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeI thought the awkwardness of the prologue bits were meant to be a hint that they take place in a false world. Ansem the Wise probably thinks the "totally owned you lamers" line is a flawless mimicry of kids these days.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Interesting interpretation, but a lot of the dialogue outside of TT is stilted and badly written as well so I think that's unintentional.
It is an interesting interpretation, especially with the anomalies they investigate.
Optimism is a duty. The kingdom hearts Universe is actually a computer simulation run by an AI named Ansem

New theme music also a boxIs there still an Organisation XIII for KH III? I seem to remember killing them all, but knowing this series, that hardly means anything...
Optimism is a duty.Have you played 3D?
Life is more fun with infinite MP.Dream Drop Distance is terrible, but also unfortunately necessary.
So get 2.8 on PS 4 and play through that.
Dream Drop Distance is best game ever!
New theme music also a boxObligatory disclaimer that I still happen to geniuenly agree with that statement.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."Just read a synopsis. DDD sucks.
...Although, granted, Dream Drop Distance might make less sense if you haven't played. I'm gonna say BBS?
On the other hand, Dream Drop Distance literally has plot synopsis of all the other previous games in it, so. Dream Drop Distance by itself might actually sorta work. Barely.
...I'd still go with Birth By Sleep first though.
Days and Coded, I think you can probably basically skip. Maybe.
1.5+ 2.5 HD Remix on PS 4 plus 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue should do fine either way.
Yeah nah DDD works much better when you played the others. I played it when I wasn't done with BBS at the time and the end retroactively hyped me once I finished BBS and watched Blank Points.
Also malecificent HAD to mention stuff happening in recoded just to confuse the hell out of people who didn't played it.

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."I mean. I think you can probably just ignore Maleficent and pretend she's not there.
I actually sorta like her plot in Re:coded but I think her appearance in DDD is just. The most pointless thing.
I was going to say that Maleficent was dead, but... Kingdom Hearts...
Optimism is a duty.Yeah, it IS pointless in the grand scheme of thingthat's for sure, but the way she shows up and namedrop stuff is likely to get you curious about what actually happens in the game. And you might not be satisfied with the plot summary.
Since 2, Maleficient can officially come back from the dead whenever people remember she exists, sooooooooooooooooooo

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."belief brought her back to life,or nanomachines did
New theme music also a box
best game is coded, followed by days and dream drop distance
New theme music also a box
