Yes. 2.5 has II Final Mix+, and BBS Final Mix.

And a movie of re coded cutscenes.

Yeah, 1.5 Remix and 2.5 Remix were made to put some form of each game in the series (with the exception of DDD) all on one platform.

And it's been out for almost a year. I'm...actually not sure how you didn't hear about it before now.

the purpose of the remixes was to have as much of the games collected in one place as possible.

if you play the 2 remixes, you just need to get 3D and you're caught up.

And if you missed the general gist of the Remix games, 3D will give you that.

The general gist, that is.

It's a tad lacking in the specifics.

By the way, if you're used to the way Critical mode plays in games like BBS, recoded, or 3D, watch out, 'cause the OG Critical mode in II Final Mix will chew you up and spit you out. It's easily the hardest game in the series on Critical mode, in my opinion.

The Remixes have pretty much the ultimate versions of their games. (Excepting the cutscene onlies.)

Dragon Quest is a Squeenix game too, right?

Do you guys think they would fit in KH?

I personally think Chrono Trigger would be awesome to have.

I don't think Dragon Quest belongs, really.

It predates the Square-Enix merger on the other side from Final Fantasy, and is very different because of that.

I'd rather they stick to Final Fantasy and franchises from after the merger. TWEWY is an odd inclusion, but was probably a thematically good choice for 3D, and made more sense for a cameo on 3DS, because it was a DS game and FF hasn't been associated with Nintendo in a long time.

Similarly, that's why I want Bravely Default in the next handheld game.

...AUGH!

Now you have me thinking of Sora doing Double Tech limits with the Chrono Trigger cast.

And that will never happen.

I want Laura Croft or Adam Jensen.

Or Max Caulfield.

Dragon Quest would work well with the Tales franchise.

bravely default would be legit.

Okay so I kicked the Wargoyle's ass as Riku without dying and I still haven't Dropped into Sora since Traverse Town. I also got Superglide for Sora when I finally do drop, and he's hasn't even left Traverse yet.

A world based on Deus Ex Mankind Divided would be cool, if the fact on how serious of a topic that game covers didn't get in the way.
