It's called Horrible Judge of Character.
This place is careless. If not for the corner comment, I'd have presumed that Brayden and Jayden was subtle background insertion of a trans character. (Wouldn't Jayden have a J hat anywho?)
I'm not certain it's Brun going on the app herself, seems like it's Renee on it with Brun just over the shouldering.

This looks like it's Renee's app yeah.
Also it's nice to see today isn't all paperwork and stress for these too.
That wouldn't make for a very fun comic, would it? We read stuff like QC to escape from IRL issues like paperwork.
They're both wearing a Boston Red Sox hat. They're in Massachusetts, remember?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. Both of those mean total jack to me.
I'm not sure why you'd think they were a) the same person, or b) trans, in the first place. What would be the point of having multiple dating profiles for opposite genders?
If you're semi-closeted, pre transition and are prepared to have a relationship in which you stay closeted.
All of which is useless if you're posting both of them to tinder.
Like, that being your first assumption is still a huge leap in logic.
There's a lot going on in this one, so I'll just point out..."Brad Chad Thad"? Somehow I'm entirely unsurprised.
Can someone explain the joke in the second panel? I was scratching my head over what Renee was getting at.
The first and third pictures really weren't that deep. It's just pointing out how many tinder profile pictures are of the person holding up a fish while near a lake.
I'm guessing that the "joke", such as it is, is that either they come as a bro package ("Half a six-pack!") or that the guy was too dim or unoriginal to crop the picture to just him.
That group sex with the "BROS! BROS! BROS!" guys doesn't sound like a good time? It's not terribly complicated.
Check the name. It's all three of them. And they've appeared before.

I also assumed is was a transwoman from the name and dates, but I hadn't noticed it was a dating app at first. I just thought it was, like, pictures of her friends?
Noticing the app got me confused, and seeing the corner comment made things clear.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Ah, that was the BROS! trio...didn't catch that.
Proposing polyamory I guess. Yeah so Renee confirmed as bi?
Honestly I don't think having a woman show up on the profile means anything. I am a straight male and men show up on my dating apps all the time (Though a lot more on OK Cupid than Tinder though). Sometimes either the software is buggy or someone inserted the wrong gender.

"I'm not sure why you'd think they were a) the same person, or b) trans, in the first place. What would be the point of having multiple dating profiles for opposite genders?"
Old profile left in the system from before transitioning.
Man, I love reading this thread. Whenever I see a panel as nothing but a throw-away joke, I inevitably stumble upon a post that offers some surprising perspectives.
For what it's worth, I don't think those people in the Tinder profile was the same trans-person. It was just a silly joke about how similar Tinder photos tend to be.
Remember, by it's very nature, Tinder forces people to put the most extravagant/eye-catching pictures of themselves to attract as many right-swipes as possible. That joke is simply a way to indicate that Tinder tends to attract people that are similar.
EDIT: Completely off topic, but it only just occured to me how neat it is that the word transitioning is associated with being a trans person. For some reason, I'm only now grasping the symetry there.

Getting into the way the app works here, for a second.
Tinder pulls your basic info (name, age, interests, pictures) from Facebook. You input your bio and orientation. So your age is automatically updated, and you're limited to one account per facebook profile. The only way Brayden and Jayden could be the same person is if rather than alter their existing facebook page, they not only created an all new one when they transitioned (which, I suppose, is not unreasonable), but entered a date of birth that was three years older than their own (which is much more questionable). Also, tinder only needs to be unused for a matter of months before it starts hiding your profile, so an old one still floating around is not only unlikely, but impossible.
Not suggesting that anyone needed to know this ahead of time; just thought I'd mention it.

The "three years age difference" really should've made that obvious.
But the fucking zebras, man. They're everywhere.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Yeah I kinda disregarded that pretty much everything updates your age automatically nowadays.
"EDIT: Completely off topic, but it only just occured to me how neat it is that the word transitioning is associated with being a trans person. For some reason, I'm only now grasping the symetry there."
Symmetry? What? It's literally just the same thing as a shorthand in this usage.
Brun confirmed for bi? Considering she's able to see ladies on a dating app, I'm guessing she is.
