I've heard that before but what does that mean? What's a distorted move?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Moves like Dante's Real Impact can use a technique where if you DT at certain frames (and un-DT at others), you get some hitlag and the damage is massively multiplied.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.That sounds complicated. All of this stuff would be really cool to learn but I don't even know where to begin.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Distorted Real Impact is one of the easier AT's to pull off, especially on bosses like Berial.
Note that the insane damage on Vergil's move is done by combining his distortion with Full Steam, which is when you release your charged move when it hits max charge with perfect timing. Both damage boosts combined will murder everything.
Dante can do this too and his Distorted/Full Steam Straight attack will actually do more damage than Distorted Real Impact, but it's not as easy to do so DRI is used more often.
I wonder if it's physically possible to make a combo video for DMC without a metal soundtrack.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.DRI actually seems pretty simple once broken down.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Vergil used Spindash! It's super effective

They really didn't balance for the newcomers, huh.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.The game's 7 years old now. I think the statue of limitations on balance are out the window.
So I finally got my chance to play DMC4 with an actual controller. Now that I have, while it was a close thing before, I have to say that I think DMC4 is superior to Bayonetta. I love Bayonetta but I just love the peculiarities of how DMC's combat works more. The only thing I have to get used it is being unable to dodge out of basically everything.
Also, I learned that you can DT out of that attack where Bael eats you. I learned this after I accidentally Streaked into his mouth and he decided to repeatedly do that attack and eat me before I regained control.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Oh, yeah, you can totally make that argument and I won't fight you
You can dt out of any "grab" type move. You've gotta be careful fighting grabbing enemies with Lady though, since dt uses up all her meter and she can only do it with at least three plinks.
Bet capcom's regretting the reboot now...
Watch SymphogearOh, speaking of which, did they fix that weird audio balancing issue in the "Lucifer Acquired" cutscene that made it almost impossible to hear Dante?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Dm C was the most unnecessary reboot of all time. This was evident from the first announcement back in 2010 all the way to its release to disappointing sales.
As for the Lucifer audio... I can't remember. I'll have to check.
At least the We're Sorry Edition looks reasonably fun to play. Of course, why bother with that when you could be playing DMC4: Crazy Party Edition, right?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!If the original was a B style, the DE's an A.
DMC 4's an SSS.
EDIT: Yeah, that Lucifer scene's audio's still iffy.

Hopefully, this means we'll get an actual sequel to DMC 4.
Even with games like Bayonetta out there, DMC remains at the top in terms of action games, so I'm glad that the series is showing that it still has plenty of life left.
Is there a solid release of the PC version or is it only by Steam? I've never used that thing…

No one ever did answer my question about the audio.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Glad to hear about the sales.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Nice how you keep saying your opinion like its fact, L Dragon.
And despite the special edition being better and with Turbo, Bayonetta 1 and 2 are superior as a whole, with faster pace and more insane combos, especially in the second game, and just better bosses that aren't restricted to just a small room or field.
That's my opinion, and as a whole, Devil May Cry 4 has not aged well compared to games like Bayonetta 1 or 2.
Watch Symphogear
Vergil is not balanced for lean.
