That's not entirely true, but you don't have to read anything they write either. It works both ways.

Let's See YOU Do Better! is not a valid complaint. I don't need to be a director to tell you that Manos The Hands Of Fate is a bad movie.
Besides, there are some webcomics you just need to be an asshole about. It's hard to keep a neutral tone when reviewing say, Billy the Heretic
and Shredded Moose.

The Bad Webcomics Wiki has a reputation (like their inspiration Your Webcomic Is Bad And You Should Feel Bad) for being less interested in honest criticism and more interested in being negative and stirring up flamewars. If this reviewer tries to paint friggin' Homestuck as irredeemably bad, that will just confirm that reputation in nearly everyone's mind.
On the other hand, if they write an honest review that acknowledges that HS has flaws but also does some things really well... well, they're still going to get a flame war. The Homestuck fandom and hatedom sits right at the peak predicted by The Law of Fan Jackassery. You can't say anything about Homestuck without ticking someone off.
So Homestuck is like gunpowder? 
Something more volatile than that.

Well, clearly the inevitable Homestuck backlash will result in actual, physical rioting. Governments will fall, society will collapse, mankind will revert to savagery. Better start stockpiling non-perishable foods now.

But hear me out. This decision might lead to The Bad Webcomics Wiki's downfall. They already had a bad enough reputation, but if the review of Homestuck does get through, who knows what effect it could have on the website.
