That is one weird looking game.
Still, resurgence and reimagination of a really old game is always an idea I can get behind. We need to have more Atari or otherwise old games get some love these days.

I played Yars Revenge to death. It's better than it looks and still holds up (I play the original 2600 game every so often).

Wow, they weren't kidding out it being anime and a revamp.
It's humans in bug mech suits instead of Insectoid Aliens.

I don't know, I kinda like the Miyazaki feel they're going for.

I certainly like the new anime style art but it just seems like an odd choice for a game like Yars Revenge.
