By the way, when the characters get back to wherever they're staying, The Troper has given everyone shiny new laptops.

Well that was nice of him.

Raidou doesn't have a place for now.

And he wouldn't know how to use a laptop...being from the 1930's and all... Should be interesting whenever he gets some sort of residence.

Gavin's fallen asleep in the library. I'm assuming that the NPCs are inattentive enough that they won't turf him out.

I thought I'd have enough time to play this, but I was caught up for a few days. I've kind of left Gordon wandering aimlessly around the city. which isn't completely out of character for him, but I'll need a way to involve him a bit more.

Oh, by the way, updated rules for dying:

The Troper might be all-powerful, but that doesn't mean he's going to ressurect you for free! Your character is going to have to trade something: a power, a memory, a hand... Most people choose to trade the day or so leading up to their death, claiming that they wouldn't want to remember such a thing anyway.

Okay, give me the all clear and I'll have Travis give up something for his life.

And you're saying Orochimaru wouldn't have an interest in a powerful weapon like the beam katana?

Kimimaro does not like the beam katana. And if it is not a new jutsu, blood-limit or young boy he can assume that Orochimaru isn't that interested.

Considering what Travis had done, i.e. rain glowing energy down on people, you'd think Kimimaro would be more inclined to keep him alive.

Bear in mind that, from Kimimaro's perspective, bizarre powers are commonplace.
