I'd assume so? Doesn't really sound that absurd to me, though. I mean, when has this series ever cared about anything beyond paying lip-service to mythological accuracy? Pretty much everything gets stretched to fit the needs of the plot, so why not allow Othinus to undo that deal?
What does seem crazy is the implication that, say, Index and Mikoto would be fighting against Touma here. But hey, we have had summaries just outright lie to us before (here's lookin' at you, NT 7), so...

Somebody told me that Touma's allies attacking him would totally make sense, honest. Could someone explain how that works? Because I am pretty sure some of them would rather die.
I mean, unless Touma absolutely refuses to explain the situation because Conflict Ball...
Also, Arha, I don't think you're giving everybody as much credit as they deserve: if they legitimately thought that Touma was doing the wrong thing, I can definitely see them trying to stop him. I doubt anybody's that blinded by love or whatever to just give up on their own personal morals at the drop of a hat.
Of course, that requires them legitimately thinking he's doing the wrong thing - which is absurd in this situation, as again all he has to do is explain.

His story is pretty much unbelievable, is it not? Furthermore, I think they wouldn't exclude the possibility that Othinus brainwashed him or something, despite being implausible, if only because it makes more sense than what Touma experienced.
But I don't think they would believe he's doing the wrong thing. They would think he's doing the same thing he always does, which always turns out well. Further, Othinus isn't even defending herself right? Only a prick would kill their closest friend/crush when he is trying to stop them from murdering a defeated adversary. They certainly wouldn't bring in anything approaching lethal force to stop him.

I doubt it. You remember Fiamma, the man who started a world war, with probably numerous casualties? Yes, Touma saved him, but the narration states that the entire Magic Side will still be hot on his tail to make him pay. He only survives because everyone thought Crowley killed him, and he was hidden by Ollerus and his group. Now we have Othinus, who engaged in numerous terrorist acts around the world, and is responsible for hundred of deaths (random estimates, but Hawaii and Baggage City were bloody).
I doubt they will let her go scot free just because Touma forgives her.
And in addition, all Touma has to do to prove he isn't being brainwashed is touch his head with his right hand. The only way I really see them fighting is if Touma just refuses to explain.
Also, Touma has to get from Japan all the way to Denmark somehow. I doubt he's walking, and what with Othinus being hunted by at least 4 different nations/states he probably isn't going to be able to make use of conventional transportation very easily. He's likely going to have to get help from someone.
Touma's way of framing this is pretty obviously going to be, "Yeah, she did some awful stuff. But it's over now, she doesn't want to destroy the world anymore. There's no reason anybody else has to die." Touma is decidedly not the type of person to be in favor of the death penalty.
Obviously, he isn't going to convince countries, or Birdway or Ollerus with that. But pretty much everyone from Academy City is going to be on his side, as well as basically every named magician in the Anglican Church with the exception of Laura.

Touma never said anything in his defense, as I recall. He was also never in a position where he could really be captured. Maybe I am overestimating the loyalty of the likes of Kanzaki, but I'm pretty sure they would at least take Othinus prisoner if Touma said "Oi, you don't have the full picture here."
...Right. I just thought of a plausible reason:
Touma refuses to explain because he doesn't want people to endanger themselves by fighting against the whole world.
I will be so pissed if that's the case, though.
maybe its an illusion by Ollerus, who wants Othinus's godhood.
Secret SignatureWe all mad if the summary is 100% true.
Let's hope it doesn't turn out this way.
Why? I think it's fine, honestly.
Ah, I meant to say that I hope it's not "everyone is against Touma" and goes straight to fighting.
It is accepted and justified that others want Othinus dead. Just that there should be some people that are quick to investigate rather than openly attack at first.
The problem with everyone against Touma is that either certain characters have to act completely out of character, or Touma has to fail to explain the situation.
And the way I see it, Touma failing to explain would either be out of character for him, would require some contrived circumstance in order to prevent him from explaining, or would be him backsliding into his "so altruistic he's actually selfish" behavior - something that, while decidedly in character, I've never been fond of.
Eh, the whole "go get the eye out of the well" plot is probably going to end up being something else. Just because whenever Kamachi gives a clear-cut goal like that, it always ends up to be bullshit.
I mean it seems to check out mythologically anyways. Odin put his eye into Mimir's well and in return got wisdom and intelligence. Taking the eye back out of the well would probably undo that, since it's supposed to be a pledge or something.
Just based on the way Kamachi writes it's probably bull though.
By the way, some hints about the big announcement on April 10th.
- : http://kamachi10th.dengeki.com/ - A website for messages/comments from the authors, illustrators, and anime workers with a connection to Kamachi (browser asks for a password to continue so it will probably unlock on April 10th, probably mean they will announce things in order on the special website above; nothing about an actual anime just yet so just wait until the actual announcement)
- : Haimura Kiyotaka's second illustration artbook (to be released this summer)
- : Kamachi is writing a new light novel series for Dengeki Bunko.
And more (7 more announcements to come)

Also, cover of NT10 has been released◊. The picture is a bit small though.
Dere Othinus for the win.
Forget about a little summary that was added in the dengeki site:

史上最強の味方たちが、もっとも困難な壁として立ちはだかる。( All of the most powerful allies become a difficult wall that stand in his way)
OTP! OTP! OTP!
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI was wondering when you were going to chime in with something to that effect
