Ha. Well, good news here; I beat SMT IV. I killed Lucifer and God's Chariot (this version of God apparently needs a chariot- and is a floating yellow head) and removed the ceiling over Tokyo with the help of Isabeau, finishing the Neutral Ending.
...There was a ceiling over Tokyo, by the way.
I'm going for the Chaos Ending next, where I have to kill Isabeau. Unfortunately.
