I just listened to four minutes of the thing they linked to in the article. Boring.
Would make for a pretty cool sci-fi plot, though.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.yeah it does actually.
Who watches the watchmen?Hmmmm.
I am intrigued with this possibility.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Anyway, the study I linked to showed an actual effect - people listening to binaural beat stuff didn't need as much anesthetic while in pain, compared to people listening to classical and people not listening to music. The other effects don't seem to have anything like as rigorous testing done.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.it could be part placebo effect part the effect in that study. Or someone is a fucking auditory genius.
Who watches the watchmen? There was a control group.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.I meant the getting high off the music part.
Who watches the watchmen?Oh, well you specified the study, which had nothing to do with hallucinogenic effects.
Apparently you can hallucinate from just in a cave, though. It's called 'prisoner's cinema'.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.I remember reading about that. how your perceptions change and such. I meant the effect from the study coupled with a placebo type effect that the music will get them high. Since it works on a level add in the placebo you could in theory make it more powerful. Or if someone had some serious human acoustic interaction understanding that could have crafted something that works for some and not others.
Who watches the watchmen?Solar process to pull carbon from air and turn it solid for storage or fuel use.

Who watches the watchmen? So they're taking notes from Ghost In The Shell now?
Fight smart, not fair.Apparently. It wouldn't surprise if their think tanks have watched the show and said hey we could totally do that.
Who watches the watchmen? It wouldn't surprise me either. It's not a bad way to gather really out there ideas. You just have to sift through the stuff that's Awesome, but Impractical.
Fight smart, not fair.True. But hey look we have a rail guns :D I can't wait for them to be theatre viable weapons.
Who watches the watchmen?Take THAT Islamic terrorist groups! We've gone Cold-War on your ass and are having Muslims build us mother-fuckin' lasers.
Justice is a joy to the godly, but it terrifies evildoers.Proverbs21:15 FimFiction account.^^ I want a railgun capable Sniper Rifle. Preferably semi-automatic with a 20+ round magazine. And the round better not be anything less than .30 cal!
I don't think that's fair Tom. Wouldn't you prefer a APFSDS round for your railgun?
Fight smart, not fair.
...You know that might have some truly sinister quality for the music industry to abuse. You know they would totally do it to if they could get away with it.
