?
I can honestly say I've never heard of this one.
I assume it stems from the Horrorcore fanbase's need to detatch themselves from ICP, who have pretty much ruined the genre name.
I have heard the term "Psychological Horrorcore" to describe groups like Grayskul, but only once, maybe twice. Perhaps it's the same thing.
Unrelated: I officially hate Esoteric, he's a Gangsta Wannabe, his voice makes half of what he says unintelligable, and he's fond of starting feuds for no reason, most notably between himself, Copywrite, El-P, Aesop Rock, & Cage.
Yes, all four of them.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Doublepost because holy shit.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....I'm just glad that the album's not supposed to have any dumbass skits on it. More bang for the buck!
"It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt." - Some guy with a snazzy hat.I am not a regular Eminem listener (his thing with Doseone left a bad taste in my mouth) but I may pick up Recovery.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....So I just found Aesop Rock's Myspace page.
Influences people who light shit on fire.

I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Eminem did a thing with Doseone? When did this happen?
@New Single: That... that was MMLP-level shit right there.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Wicked: A very long time ago, search "Eminem vs. Doseone" on youtube. It's from before either of them were well known in their respective scenes.
Doseone fans tend to take it rather hard.

I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Still not keen on the beats, but he's sounding better.
As for skits (and kind of related to Em).. I've been listening to Hot Karl lately
...is out to lunch.I actually have no idea who that is.
Is anyone with me on the Esoteric hate? Or am I just nuts?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Snap on the no idea thing. 'Gangsta Wannabe' is not a good start.
Hot Karl was a jewish MC discovered by Ice T as a kid, lasted 40 days on The Baka Boyz radio battle, got signed to Interscope, got dropped from Interscope since they didn't know what to do with him (and allegedly another white rapper on the label didn't like him), did an album with MC Serch and some stuff with The Trilambs before packing it in in 2007. He's suburb/punchline-based, and his skits are actually kind of funny. Interesting to listen to, but probably not everyone's cup of tea. I haven't formed a full opinion yet.
I wonder if I lost anyone at 'jewish MC'..
...is out to lunch.yuk: OIC. Why would anyone be lost on the "jewish mc"? The Beastie Boys are Jewish.
Half of his songs are about how much of a thug * he is. The other half are about Star Wars.

I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Last.fm Recommendations is currently flooding me with members of the Gang Starr Foundation.
I don't think this is a bad thing.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat! There's probably been a surge of interest with Guru's recent death.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....S'better than the time that it gave a whole bunch of rappers from the "Boot Camp Clik", whoever the heck they are.
'Twas because I had just gotten Road To The Riches.

You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Wicked, did you ever check out that RA song I recommended you?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....You mean "Uncommon Valor: A Vietnam Story"? Not yet.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!I do mean that.
You should.
Likewise, anything I should hear?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....This guy Afu-Ra from the GSF has caught my interest.
Also, I need to listen to Atmosphere.

Posting this here also.
Depends largely what song, he doesn't release a lot of material on his own, most of his stuff is collaborations.
He's done tracks with Wu-Tang and Biggie among others, but his best work is "Uncommon Valor (A Vietnam Story)" which is a song by the Jedi Mind Tricks that he has second verse on, definitely worth listening to.
