Shepard: Aaaaanyways, any idea what's up ahead?

Not at all. There was a weird rumbling sound earlier, though, so chances are this tunnel is structurally unsound. I'd proceed with caution.

~there is some more rumbling coming from the direction you came from~

Cop: "Excellent! Now get in there and kick his ass! I'll wait out here while you guys, uh, do your job and stuff." >_>

Risky: You can count on me, sir!

-Runs right back into the building from the back-

Shepard: Oh well, let's find out the- Huh? -takes a look towards the source of the rumbling-

~well uh~

~the walls in the basement are shaking slightly~

~and the rumbling doesn't seem like it's stopping anytime soon~

Shepard: Guy must be drilling into the vault, I'm gonna check it out! -proceeds onwards-

[Lip and co. follow: Muffet leaves a few webs behind to catch any crooks who might try escaping through the tunnel]

~well alright~

~the tunnel is still pretty dark, but from what you can make out it seems to be some sort of maintenance tunnel that hasn't been used in ages~

~ahead of you is a sharp turn to the right, followed by... another sharp turn to the right~

~the rumbling continues~

Shepard: -continues onwards-

Why was the rumbling coming from the other side, anyways?

~after another turn to the right, you see the path making a T-intersection~

~further up ahead, there is what appears to be a makeshift entrance to a large, mostly empty bank vault, like somebody just broke through the wall not too long ago~

~as for the other path, well, you obviously can't see around corners, so you'll have to-~

~KRRRRRRRRAKATHOOOOM!~

~holy shit, there's a LOUD rumble, almost like an explosion, coming from... both up ahead around the corner and the tunnel behind you? Somehow?~

~you can also hear hushed whispers, clucking, and chirping~

Shepard: Aw, crap... I'm gonna check the tunnel, you might wanna look at the vault! >_< -rushes onwards-

What the hell was that?!

You have some really weird priorities.

[Muffet peeks into the vault]

~well Shepard, when you turn around the corner, you see several figures carrying large bags climbing through a pretty fresh hole in the wall into what looks like the very basement you came from~

~though you can't say for certain, the whole place is clouded by debris and smells like mortar and old dank rocks~

~meanwhile, Muffet will see that the vault is almost entirely empty, aside from a few stray bits of cash lying around here and there~
