I do that to my own soldiers from time to time. Revolver Ocelot said to beat the crap out of them so I do, and when I'm done, I Fulton them because what else are you supposed to do with employees you just punched out? If they didn't want to wake up mid-ascent flying over the ocean and waiting for the next transport to collect them, they should've watched their back.

I sometimes knock em out and then leave on the Helicopter, just to fuck with them. Or occasionally kick them in the balls.
See that's why I ain't even touching it or harvestmoon or animalcrossing.
Although none of them come as close to replicating the 9-5-cycle as Sims did. All it needed is just make your sims play Sims on their ingame computers for the whole weekend for true fractal experience.
