It shouldn't even have a head at this point; your blows, combined with my blasting its neck with weapons
that can vapourise armour as if it were irrelevant, should have taken it clean off by now.

What I don't get is how acid doesn't do anything to the Hisoutensoku's armour, when its supposed to melt armour into uselessness.

No, you said it in your PM that it could "easily break down organic matter and even body-armour". Seeing as most body-armour is rather light so to be able to be carried by the bearer, I decided it was in the range of melting away, say, a suit of Space Marine armour. From there I resonated that the Hisoutensoku would be largely unaffected, aside from some minor injuries, seeing as its armour is much thicker than that.
