I love the way she thinks.
An understated badass move on Anesu's part here, and I don't just mean what she did on-panel. If that walkway was just going to loop back around, Bikke and Krep would have just been able to scan where to meet up with Anesu other than the Aulton leader's office. Which means that Anesu carried that unconscious lump back over the tightrope - that's pretty danged amazing.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. What's Heltch?
Planet Heltch was mentioned in a warning way back in the first page of this story arc. We still haven't learned its significance.
I have so many questions. Not the least of which is did Anesu have to deal with a bag of snakes before?
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Welcome to planet Beejah. The locals certainly are pleasant.
Oh comments section, never fail to somehow brighten my day
Don't miss the author's commentary below the comic.
These guys kinda remind me of the residents of planet Krikkit. They're just so cheery about their drive to be homicidal maniacs.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Another creepy newcomer with a skin condition. Another bag of snakes?
I'm really resisting making a reference based on what's in that spoiler tag...
Oh, hell, I can't. I've had it with these motherfucking snakes in motherfucking bags!
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. Now that's thinking outside the impenetrable palace.
I guess thinking outside the box sometimes includes just taking the box with you.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Hwan is pretty fun to have around when he's on your side. Also, low-key hilarious.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Ohhhh... wait what?
So, now we know why Heltch is important. But now don't know why that explanation is itself important.
You know, it's probably just a coincidence, but do the snakes' heads remind anyone else of the original Big Bad in the first story?
Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.
As it turns out: a (forced) statement
