I don't know if I'm ready for this. This is like seeing Gamzee show up at Roxy's digs with a fridge full of seatroll and getting ready to make another combosprite.

Painful and yet horribly fascinating at the same time?

Well, kind of. It's a horrible fascination in knowing that it will probably not go as well as I sincerely hope, and that it could in fact go so badly as to permanently destroy my ships, sink them into an underwater volcano and burn the few pathetic hopes left drifting on the surface.

John does seem to have the unlucky habit of near misses with people he loves for a variety of reasons. Mostly I want him to see his dad, since Vriska seems to have gotten over that with alt!John and had her closure there, and seems to be trying to get some closure with Tavros.

Unrelated, Eridan<3Roxy is a ship now. A semi popular one, at that. Does it have a name yet?

Anyway, no. Hell no. Hell fuckin' no. If there's going to be closure, I'd like it to be with the real John, the one who Vriska actually got all her character development with. Even if he never did get to read her last words.

My prediction: Vriska for some unknown reason will make John wake up.

He can't meet DAD. DAD wasn't a player of SXXXB and therefore doesn't get an afterlife. Them's the br8ks.

He was in Sburb, though. So was Mom, when they died. I'll also point out that Dave sprite and Nannasprite should technically be dead by now.

An extra five e-bucks says the scene will play out as an echo of that scene where John almost reunited with his dad, but got blocked because Vriska made him fall asleep.

Anyway, I'm sorry, but just as if there's any chance for Eridan and Feferi to make up and get together in canon, Sollux can suck it, if there's any chance of Con Heir actually occurring than Tavros can go sit in the backseat and cry for all I care. Unless he actually has the capability to go black with someone, in which case have at it.

^He might - actually, if the Prospit kids end up in dreambubbles every time they sleep, statistically speaking he must have met at least ONE dead person. Though he does say that none of them are interesting.

Another issue is that he's never actually seen her, but he might be able to figure it out by looking at her horns and insignia, which are on the hammer he just left by a car.

Pretty much the only reason I would be disappointed with a ship sinking is that people would try to use that occurrence as evidence for other ships. Sink all the ships: sink them quickly. Sink them beyond hope of repair (except when the hope of repair is for the purpose of seeming to hint at again and then to sink it even more harshly)

So no characters would be allowed to ever have romantic interactions at all, ever. Gotcha
