I just realized something. The whole thing where Dave is making time loops, and has to be careful to close them up properly or create dead Daves and broken timelines? I think that might be another programming reference. Bad stuff happens to code if you forget to close all the loops you open.

I don't think you're supposed to understand what's going on in that one.

On trolls that may have lost sense of touch: that's a very interesting point. Now that you point it out I kind of hope it is a thing in the last few trolls we haven't met.

What if the Zahak troll can't feel things? As a kind of counter point to being STRONG.

Usually the code flat out refuses to run.

Or, if you're "lucky", it can compile, but have the unclosed loop will close later in the code, causing things you did not intend to repeat or jump around, or other things.

The worst kind of error is one that the parser allows to compile.

Or as a compliment to being STRONG. Fists that feel no thing would feel no pain, either. "I have no idea how hard I just hit you... but judging from the damage, it was quite hard."

They've got lusus, or at least Cronus begs mind honey off of the memory!bicyclops. It's weird to think of Aranea with Spidermom, though.

Cronus had a seahorse dad memory that was stolen by Hussie, so yeah. I assume they had all had the same Lusii as the post scratch trolls, except Meenah, whos lusus is still unknown.

So no giant species-ending monster for alpha trolls?
