VG Music Game

Go To

The rules are pretty simple— I'm thinking of a song. It's from a video game. Guess what song it is. You can ask yes/no questions for hints.note  Whoever guesses the song first will take control of the game and choose their own song. To this point, we've accumulated over 800 songs among 12 years and 39000 posts— thanks to everyone who's played so far!

Tips for future reference, if it's your turn:
- Make sure to keep track of hints you've given! Also, if an answer is kinda fuzzy, you can elaborate a little bit.
- Try not to repeat a game. Same game/series is acceptable, but there's a lot of music still untouched. Same game and song is right out. Be sure to check this list thoroughly!

Shall we begin?

Solved Rounds:

Ah. The game itself, yes. The series, no.

This track is one of the original included in the game it comes from.

  • The majority of the game's soundtrack was not taken from another source.
  • It is a computer game.
    • It's not exclusive to computer
    • Has not had a version on a home console
      • Was ported to a handheld
        • Was ported to the DS
      • The game originated on the computer.
  • Not a 4x
  • Is not a part of the Ys series
  • Not an adventure game
  • It was released in the last ten years.

Music:

  • The rest of the tracks are not available as DLC.

That was a yes/no question, even if it didn't look like one. Rephrased: Does it belong to either the top-down strategy or the isometric-strategy genres?

Does the game, the track originates from, happen to be Great Giana Sisters?
