Tick, Tick, Tick. My god, I cried. What are everyone's thoughts?
I'll be watching in like an hour. D:
I cried so many times during that episode. Poor Barney.
And I loved the running gag of the nacho line turning out to be for the Ladies Room.
I'm so angry at Robin. That was so sad. But I had a hunch Barney was going to be left waiting just because I feel that as of right now he's the more mature of the two (as opposed to when they first dated) because of his trying a relationship with Nora and Robin crash and burning with Don. Notice how he's the one that admitted to wanting to get back together, not her.
Still super angry though.
I was actually a little mad at Ted at the end. GIVE THAT MAN A HUG, TED.
Yeah, I was sad for Barney and angry at Robin.
Also I loved the bit where Ted & Marshall thought they had spent an hour searching for nachos only to learn that the "sandwiches" had messed up their perception of time and they were only out there two minutes. Totally saw it coming.
Not that I've had any experience like that... yeah.
What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly.Sandy Rivers still plays the magnetic north pole for sexual harassment lawsuits i see.
"You can reply to this Message!"Have to admit, I loved the intern's reaction, though. Good girl!
And...yeah. Robin and Barney's discussions were interesting. Barney seemed scared/hopeful, Robin seemed scared/cynical. Yipes. I must admit, I just want them to get back together and be happy. FLUFF, PLEASE. HIMYM should not make me cry.
I'm sure we'll get fluff for weeks. At least until the season finale (or maybe the midseason break?) since that's how TV works now.
I don't know, HIMYM has been making me cry since the season 1 finale.
I was expecting the twist to be that there weren't any nachos for sale, and the guy next to them just brought his own nachos from home. But what they had worked real well, too. Especially creepy guitar-playing cowboy.
Oh, and something about Barney and Robin on a boat.
"It takes an idiot to do cool things, that's why it's cool" - Haruhara Haruko"Le jeu commence!" "Je m'appelle, Marshall!"
My hatoful Monster Girlfriend is the President Ecstasy: Higurashi After in Summer (All ages memorial edition)Wooo, good, funny episode!
And then...
BAM!
Robin...Robin what? WHAT????????
I KNOW!
My reaction was basically: "Wait, she just said what now."
Remember Barney..."I got a Guy for that" is not the right answer to that.
"You can reply to this Message!"Though that would have been hilarious.
"It takes an idiot to do cool things, that's why it's cool" - Haruhara HarukoAnd probably true...and fatal.
"You can reply to this Message!"But really, i wish this would result in an abortion. If Robin really is as independent and strong as Marshall says, it would be the only character consistent solution to a situation like this. I mean - carrying a baby to term when she's dating one of two possible fathers?

Two possible fathers? It's pretty much guaranteed to be Barney's - Robin and Kevin have almost certainly been using protection, while Barney and Robin's hook up was spur of the moment.
Yeah, but they did it in Barney's apartment. I have trouble believing that Barney of all people doesn't have a stash of condoms in every drawer. And every cabinet. And inside a pillow.
deviantArt | Twitteralso, there might be enough trust in a relationship like the one with Robin and the therapist that they're not using condoms.

Uhm...yeah, I've never really heard of condoms being a "trust" thing. More of a "safe sex" thing and a "oh god I really really REALLY don't want a kid" thing. General health issues really.
deviantArt | TwitterWell yeah, I meant more of an STI thing, to be clear.
Except that throughout the latter half of season six, and so far this season Robin's obviously been interested. Barney was probably just trying to ignore those feelings to stay friends.
