I'd get it in matches where I poke more than I nuke, maybe as a second or third item.

Haunting guise comes early in most builds, but you are going to want to delay upgrading it.
I thought as much with Xerath, Lyandry's struck me as a "possible" item.
I'm torn on Viktor tho. He can use the health for sure and his ult is DOT, but I'm not sure Lyandry's is more useful than another possible item.

Eeeeeeh, I'm not really sold on Liandry's for any champ, really. Maybe Casseopia. It might be good for that last little eek of health that you can't chase because you've used your spells and are at range, but... a Do T passive on a nuker seems counter-intuitive to me. The flat pen is good, yeah, but Void staff just seems like a more efficient pen item. Unless you've already got it and are looking for a sixth item?
