Yeah, I've been doing that to practice mid, since mid is probably the most commonly called role, from what I've seen.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.I've got pretty much the same mentality as when I started year(s?) ago: Meh, let's just go straight to PVP with new champs.
Shockingly there aren't much issues when I do suck, but generally I pull my weight and all goes well.
Apropos of nothing, new Sion is pretty nice. I rather like the Rift rework as well.
I'm just thinking going as a tank was a bad idea. I mean, sure, I could fill the role, but I didn't feel like I contributed that much. Kit seems more inclined to AD than health stats.
AD Sion can one-shot a wave with a fully charged axe, so he builds health naturally.
I mean yeah, if you go tank and are good at last hitting he'll be even more tanky, so he's good at that, but I kind of think of him as a reverse-nassus. Especially since that axe isn't always gonna get time to charge in a teamfight, so you kinda want even a basic swing to be worth it.

I'm A Pervert not an Asshole! All right, looks like Vi is on sale now. Time to cash her in.
Also they got the new SR onto Team Builder and Bot matches... Love it.
Map itself is cool, new minimap is poor quality.
So, just played an ARAM game as Cassiopeia(A friend demanded I take over his game as he needed to run out and do something).
She's quite fun. I don't think I'd ever played her since the rework. She starts pretty slow, but those power spikes from her passive are nice. I might try to pick her up for an actual SR game.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Played new SR, zoom gave me a headache. To be fair, I was suffering from a headache earlier in the day, but this brought it back.
There used to be a signature here. Destiny Player List: http://pastebin.com/qU6teNfD Raid Info: http://pastebin.com/c4cxrh7iI played her once during the Hexakill on Twisted Treeline, it was obscene how much AP I ended up with. OBSCENE.
1300. And given that my build wasn't completed before we lost a shrine, it would have only gotten higher. I think I nuked Vilemaw in like ten seconds or something. So yeah, new Cass is pretty cool. Though getting max stacks on ARAM is difficult.
Click Click Boom BoomMhmm. On the one hand, lots of champs to poison for stacks. On the other, not really much time for last-hitting. And she's so squishy that going anywhere near the enemy is begging to get dead.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.So I've heard that new SR requires substantially better computer to run it smoothly. I can't check it on my own at the moment unfortunately, so if anyone could provide a feedback on the matter, it would be greatly appreciated. ^_^;
How do lizards fly?I can't really speak on the matter since my rig has a solid build, but from what I understand Riot added a "very low" setting for more performance.
Usually my home computer runs on medium-high and it works superbly. It's just that in Singaporean Internet Cafe that they can afford running on super high quality. Well, as long as the gameplay's not super laggy like in my laptop, I'll be fine.
It runs fine on my laptop, which still uses the same Almost-bare-minimum settings that the old Rift used.
Haven't tested it on my desktop because the PSU has been acting up, and I get scared that it'll blow up anytime i use it for anything more intensive than web browsing.
Well, I just played a game with a hacker. So that was fun. Getting insta-killed from a quinn who moments ago had been behind in lane and watching her roll through the entire team.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Well I'll just throw this out, If you guys wanted to try Dawngate out, you have till February to try it with everything unlocked cause Ea has pulled the plug.
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!I had the opposite experience. A xin zhao on my team went from 0/3 to getting two pentas in a row.
I do not know why, but when people say that LOL has one of the nastiest community ever... I feel like saying "That's a complete bullcrap."
Here, I've played in the US Server a lot these days, and for the most part, people are actually pretty damn nice. It's very rare that I get stuck with someone who's just super rude and just feels like blaming others for their mistakes.
And yet the inverse happens a lot in Dota 2. I'm having trouble finding a game where we are all a solid team that doesn't go blaming each other when things go shit. The hell? Are they just making things up to deface League?

All sufficiently large multiplayer communities consist of loud dickheads and everyone else just minding their own business.
Honestly, I had a stretch of like 5 or 10 games with at least one shitty person on my team.

Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Well that's the thing. Why is it that I find the former less in LOL and more in DOTA?
Got me. Maybe you're better at one than the other and your MMR is getting pulled up into the tryhard zones?
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Well, maybe because LOL doesn't record your overall lose records, just your wins, so I felt more comfortable in continually playing LOL with my own account. While in DOTA, game losses get recorded and I became uncomfortable to play and win. I tried to train with a bunch of Level 1 accounts on internet cafes, and all I meet are mostly ragers and asses.
I've been running a few rounds in Team Builder when ever I want to try a new champ- it runs the risk of me being really shit, but at least I get to play the champ.
