I, for once, almost always frown when I see someone picking him. Because people tend to pick AD people for top or jungle, so a single frozen heart and a bunch of thornmails can just counter my team to hell and back without them even noticing what happened.

If the champion is fun or interesting to me, I pick them. I'm not one to say that I am crazy for victory everytime, though it is nice. Unfortunately, solo queue stuffs tend to have the mindset of "VICTORY AT ALL COST SO I CAN FLAUNT MY SUPERIORITY"
