Agreed. But they're still playing around some things with him. Such as, his Soldiers cannot attack a tower for him, but he can sacrifice his soldiers to deal burst damage to a tower.

I'd be totally fine with him not attacking towers with his soldiers. What I saw was unholy.

He can still attack the towers himself thought, right?

I think so, but, since he's a mage, it doesn't have as much push power as an ADC or him and two soldiers would. I'm not sure how the whole sacrifice thing would work. It needs to do enough damage to be useful, but not enough to be over powered and he can have two soldiers at a time too and possibly sacrifice four in a single push if he times out his soldiers properly.

TSM vs LMQ, holy shit that is the best match I've ever seen in my life. Dyrus going hulk mode in game 4 and 5, Bjergsen ruled throughout the bo5s even if TSM lost some of them, Lustboy showing us why he is one of the best Nami/Braum in the world, Turtle is awesome and Amazing...well, he did fine.

If this doesn't show that TSM deserved to go to World's, I don't know what will.

They're turning Rammus into a mysterious wanderer, Sivir is part of some prophecy and Skarner into some sort of Macguffin Guardian.

They're finally trying to solidify Shurima and give it relevance and a history at the cost of fixing things that weren't broken.

I get that the arrival of Azir is exciting, but at what cost? I get what they're trying to do, but come on. Aren't these other egyption gods they can just revamp and say they came from ancient Shurima?

To be fair, I feel like they're just cleaning up a lot of that early installment weirdness of champions being summoned from 'other lands' and stuff; like Olaf and Nasus were previously.

And I don't particularly mind. Shurima (I'll never learn to spell these things right. Sue me) lacked really anything except a Zilian skin while Nasus and Renek being from 'elsewhere' added nothing to the lore. This simply fills a void that's been evident for awhile without having to make a ton of related champions to fill it.

TBH, I'm a bit confused as to why Skarner is apart of the League then if he's supposed to be protecting something. Then again, same could be asked about a dozen or so of the newer champions.

If I remember correctly, Ez's Power Glove is now officially a Shurima thing, Xerath is officially a Shurima Mage, Ammu is from Shurima, and I think there's possibly something with Cass now since She and Azir have some related taunts.

On the one hand, these lore changes seem to be pointless alterations to what came before, rather than fitting new champions into what was previously established. I find it hard to get involved with universes that retcon things so often and for little reason. But if it does make the world more unified, I could get behind it. I think League's champion lores are a big advantage over other MOBAs, where characters have lores, but there's very little connecting the different characters, so there's little sense of a unified world.

And no, I don't think those sentences are the final lores. If they are, I'll complain far more bitterly than I am right now.

Most of them are fine. Ezrael's need to be rewritten so that he's not "embarassed" - you've heard the guy talk. (It's all skill./I don't need a map.) Skarner's needs to be dropped completely and restored to his original lore, because wtf is the point of Dominion without Skarner (Skarner is the only reason that the Crystal Scar was made into a battlefield of League, rather then an outright warzone, to prevent the rest of his kind from awakening.)

There is an icon on the current PBE patch of an adorable chibi Rammus ward skin doing thumbs up.

This is the same patch that that Rammus is currently being looked into being turned into a mysterious searching wanderer.

That's rather dissonant.

TSM defeated C9 3-2, which means they are first in the NA LCS.

Wonder where Rito will shove Morgana and Kayle, maybe a land opposite the void/watchers, in which Morgana seeing the void/watchers encroaching on the mortal realm, sacrificed her wings and divinity in order to help runeterra and Kayle went to punish her sister for interfering in their world, but then she ate one of her sisters muffins and all was forgiven. Lore has always been a clusterfuck anyways.

Speaking of clusterfucks, the sea servers, nobody understands each other beyond pinging, you have thai, malaysians, singaporeans, filipinos, americans, sjws, ect. I'll try the NA server sometime soon, maybe.
