So I think it's specifically Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks/Super Buu and up.

It could also be a special technique that does it. I mean, you don't see Superman erasing everything he yells at out of existence, even though that's how he destroyed Darkseid in his true form during Final Crisis.

I mean, that's a different series. Different rules apply probably.

...Also, the first time Super Buu did it he was as surprised as Gotenks and Piccolo, because he did it by accident. So. I think he was just. Yelling. Because he was mad about being stuck there forever.

I'm inclined to call Super Buu the minimum require power for tearing holes in the time-space continuum. Because no one else ever did it before him or Gotenks, and as unnoun pointed out, Super Buu did it by accident. It's not some secret technique he's known forever. He was pissed off, yelled really loud, and a tear in time and space opened.

Cell has both Freeza and the Saiyans in his make up, so if he bothered to train he'd end up going Golden SSJ 3 or something.

Why's nobody brought up that you could cut through dimensions inside a person and that could kill them instantly?

Automatic body hole...that also leads to another dimension.

Cell can regenerate.

Yeah, and the amount of characters who can regenerate can be counted on your hands; they're not the norm in the universe.

Why can't Alucard hurt Cell?

That dog of his is probably pretty strong.

The discussion about Cell-Alucard makes me wonder if the Evil Containment Wave would be able to trap Alucard. (There's a reasonable argument that Cell should know that technique because of Dr. Gero's spying on the Z-Warriors, but has never faced an opponent where it made sense to use it.)

I almost bought a Cell Pop Figure today, I would have recorded myself badly trying to do the Perfect Cell impression.

I do like the Alucard-Cell.

Okay, so Alucard says he had 3,424,867 souls. Times 5 is 17,124,335. So, not Frieza, but still well into planet buster if he knew any ki attacks.

Problem is I'm not sure all of those souls would have been 5. Like. Van Hellsing's friends/partners/allies would probably have been Anderson/Hercule/Roshi level? Ish? And yeah I know those are three different levels, but.

Then there's the fact that he ate a few of the Nazi vampires.

It gets more complicated when by the end of Hellsing the implication is that Alucard just can't get be killed at all now.

That Yusuke thing has me wondering about the intersection between Dragonballz's and Yuyuhakusho's afterlives.

Like, is the dude Goku met at the sorting desk when he died Koenma's dad?

Let's hope not, since manga-wise Lord Enma was the one behind all the demon attacks up to at least Rando, in order to better the reputation of the organization that Yusuke became a part of.

Might want to mention that that's in reference to the last arc of Yu Yu Hakusho.

Another important difference is that Kuwabara's role shares elements of Kuririn and Vegeta, he's not so much the Yamcha in the story (he just has a similar fan reaction). He's the primary Worf of the team, which is actually why he gets to have some cool moments - you gotta build your Worf back up so it'll have meaning when they lose to the next guy. Yamcha also worfs, but other characters fulfill that role better and he gets phased out of it soon enough.

Yamcha also doesn't have a single win to his name as well, barring the martial artists in all the preliminary rounds of the tournaments he's in.
