I'm guessing it's the horniness thing? Let's see.
Yeah, but I'm familiar with a lot of anime tropes. However, it's a real damn common trope, let's check the wiks. I will suggest Horny Nosebleed for a redirect regardless however.
Fuck man,
This title has brought 6,075 people to the wiki from non-search engine links since 20th FEB '09.
That's a trope name that's doing quite awesomely.

Fight smart, not fair.Anime Law #41: The Law of Nasal Sanguination
When sexually aroused, males in Anime don't get erections, they get nosebleeds. No one's sure why this is, though... the current theory suggests that larger eyes means smaller sinuses and thinner sinus tissue. Females don't get nosebleeds, but invariably get one heck of a blush along the cheeks and across the nose, suggesting a lot of bloodflow to that region.
I don't think there's any need to rename it, but if a little further identification is needed, then Horny Nosebleed would work.

Just like Sneezing this is based on a Japanese Superstition... and well its not just for guys anymore...
Perhaps Ecchi Noesbleed or Hentai Noesbleed if we have to rename it but looking at the traffic we probably shouldn't.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Ha! Sneezing brought 1 person to this wiki, and Nosebleed brought 6,075? Damn nose tropes. Anyway, the name is way too open-ended, but the trope seems to be functioning too well to justify a rename. I don't think there are any other tropes addressing nose-bleeds that this could be mistaken for, and I doubt there is any misuse. I think Horny Nosebleed would at least make a good redirect.
I'd have thought this would also need extra context, like Sneezing, but it seems not. Ecchi Nosebleed, Ero Nosebleed, and Horny Nosebleed should be added as redirect, though.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I think it works better than Sneezing.
When I first read the title "Sneezing", I didn't think of any trope, just... sneezing, even though the same superstition is well-known here in my native country, but the superstition itself is never referenced simply as "sneezing".
On the other hand, "nosebleed" is the fanspeak term for these metaphorical scenes, both in the western anime fandom, and in actual anime dialogues.
"Alice is sneezing" didn't reference the trope, but "Bob is having a nosebleed" directly translates as "Bob is having an erection".
Sure, non-anime fans might not get it, but for them, it would sound like People Sit On Chairs, so there is no danger of misuse.
^^ Agreed, and done.
