If I could choose any faction?
Pirates, maybe.
I have a message from another time...Eh, wouldn't say that. This is a strictly medieval setting. No gunpowder.
Woolie launched a new lp on his side channel today.
...Woolie has a channel? Where? How? Does Pat and Liam have their own channels? When? Where?
No, really, where?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Woolie's Channel is called Woolie vs. No, Pat and Matt do not have their own channels. He's just starting his own side project.
My various fanfics.Liam did start his own channel, which can be found here. It looks like he just uploads his streams there though.
Yeah, he does.
And they should have played one of the Storm games instead of Broken Bond. At least the Storm games are good and cut out all of the filler.
The intro is something none of us deserve, but should nonetheless gratefully accept.
Pat teased it via tweet, so now that REVII is done, I really hope they do Yakuza Zero. Their 4 LP is nonstop gold.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018First Liam leaves, then Woolie gets his own channel, makes me wonder if the channel is falling apart. Or maybe it will go back to just being Matt and Pat, like in the good old days.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I wouldn't take it as a doomsday sign? Woolie himself said it's just a side thing that he can call his own, and all of the three have one. For Matt and Pat it's their twitch streams.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Indeed. Woolie has said that he's not going to be focusing on the channel, it's just a fun side project for him. The channel is not falling apart.
Woolie said he was planning this side thing since months ago. It might even have been before Matt's hiatus I think.
Not only branding purposes, but they work best being able to have stupid conversations with one another while playing. Remember "Pat Stares At Mercenary Kings"?
Mat by himself I almost find unbearable.
He's outright obnoxious.
GIVE ME YOUR FACEPlus Woolie doing reboot by himself was just...sad.
Really I actually quite liked the NMH and DKC solo playthroughs. Reboot on the other hand, it was clear Woolie was struggling to fill the gaps without someone else beside him, and the appeal was watching him get more and more butthurt.
I specified "branding purposes" because I really do feel all their solo efforts are enjoyable. The only other reason I think they might avoid them is that they find solo LPs to be stressful/demotivating. Pat for sure has said multiple times that he wouldn't be able to complete certain LPs without someone with him.
And maybe this says something about me, but I thought Matt's No More Heroes LP was really fun, and I like his childishness.
I like Matt's solo L Ps.
I think he's the only one of them that has been able to carry a LP by himself without someone to bounce off of (another person or audience).
So there's a chance that we may not be getting any more From games due to people being shits during them.
I've been following River City Ransom Underground for a while and I want it soooo badly. I fully expect this to get multiple console releases, maybe with new new game modes, like dodgeball.
Seriously, why is the Dark Souls fanbase so full of shits? It's not just 2BFP, whenever anyone on plays a Souls game. AGDQ had an incident where Dark Souls fans harassed a speedrunner for not playing the game well and mocked him for having cancer. Epic Name Bro wanted to upload non-DS videos onto his channel and got shot down for it. And it seems like whenever Pat and Woolie play a Souls game, the fanbase transforms instantly into a toxic cesspool. Granted, I haven't read the Youtube comments in a while (I installed that Chrome app due to the Bloodborne LP), but I don't recall that level of negativity during their Deadly Premonition LP, where they accomplished nothing for episodes at a time and it was the most hilarious thing in the world.
It's one of those kinds of games where there are a lot of elitists and Complacent Gaming Syndrome is at a high because they think there's only one way to play the game.
Like, I can get making fun of Pat for unconsciously repeating things, or being wrong a lot in the lore, but criticizing them for making little mistakes and whatnot is out of line.
I would say...Hoplites. They've got shields and spears and swords, which most of the other groups have. No axes though. Apparently there's a fourth faction somewhere around though, what with Apollyon's mention of an empire led by Centurions that had previously ruled Ashfeld. Maybe legionaries or something like that?
