I wouldn't count them as art as they are realitivly easy to make.
However, if you judge art on how much emotion it creates in people. Then yeah, trollfics are pretty much the greatest literary art.
It takes to skillto create a plausible trollfic. One can't just throw cliched plots and misspelled words together.

Charlie Tunoku is a lover and a fighter.I don't think the story is the hard part. The hard part is getting people to believe that it's real. Even better is to get at least get half the people thinking it's real anf the other half thinking it's fake.
Just put yourself in the mind of a child who doesn't know much about storytelling.
