I mean Ratbat, Rumble/Frenzy and Ravage all have MP figures.
Steeljaw is interesting though, coz we don't have MP Blaster...
Yet.

Point of interest:
- After 10 issues of Lost Light, GUESS WHO WE ARE FINALLY GOING TO SEE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER?!
Colour me excited. That Functionist arc ran way too long.
@Ghilz: Yeah, but Enemy, Wingthing, and Ravage repaint #7 don't have MP figures yet!
And finally the Protectobots have come back. It's about time.
Tankor didn't deserve that. Stop it Destro.

So Lost Light #7 is available!
Good news: Ultra Magnus isn't dead!
Bad news: Kaput is living up to his name by being very dead and Tailgate is most likely dead because Fangry is a bastard.
Grrrr.
Tailgate's fine. That was the most choreographed bond villain trap that the hero will get out of thing that could exist.
Also, Fangry toy, now. Maybe a retool of Double-cross.
Also
New TR Overlord images
Finally: What's the best Movie Barricade toy?

I love that TR Overlord keeps Titant masters in head modes in his breasts instead of Godmasters. It's do damn creepy watching him with decapitated heads yet it fits.
So here's an idea that's been kicking around in my head for a while: a World War II-themed Transformers series. Or, if not a series, then just a collection of figures. Obviously, the Autobots would turn into Allied vehicles, while the Decepticons would turn into Axis vehicles.
Here are a few of the specific ideas I had:
Optimus Prime: General Motors CCKW 6X6 tanker truck
Ironhide: B-17 Flying Fortress
Bumblebee: Willys MB Jeep
Powerglide: P-47 Thunderbolt
Jazz: Field Ambulance
Megatron: Schwerer Gustav railroad cannon
Starscream: Messerschmitt Me-262
Soundwave: SS Van
Blackout: Focke-Achgelis Fa-223
Shockwave: Kyushu J 7 W
Tidal Wave: Yamato-class battleship

While a cool idea, I'd doubt such would be made into an official Transformers toyline since the brand is partly run by a Japanese company, and WWII is still quite the touchy subject in Japan. I could see it being a comic if IDW revived the Evolutions line, though...
We'd get a thirty retcon pile-up where these aren't actually Optimus and Megatron, but characters who look and think like them brainwashed by Shockwave as part of his consulted schemes to act out his dumb fantasies.
I was referring more to the Evolutions line's original concept of alternate universe where the Transformers awaken in other periods of history. Hell, I didn't even know about the retcon until I looked up the TF Wiki article to link to my post.
So I recently bought some figures from Ebay that I am quite proud of.
I bought a Blitzwing from Transformers Animated in I think perfect condition with the accessories, box & instructions.
I also bought an original Beast Wars Silverbolt that has been in its box since 1997.
Is it alright that I opened its box & took it out?

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."That retcon was unnecessary. They should have left well enough alone.
Open the Blitzwing. The Silverbolt though, that depends. Are you a fan who likes them in mint condition or to take them out and pose them?
Shockwave is just really dedicated to his fanfics you guys.
Nice Haul :)

Technically, it's not the actual Hearts of Steel Transformers, just a bunch of Eukarians that ended up going through events and adopting alt-modes extremely similar to the ones in Hearts of Steel. Kinda like how Car Robots is a lot like Robots in Disguise, but only the former is canon to G1 rather than being its own thing.
but HOW?Right, as TFWiki.net puts it:
I know that. But the Eukarian plot is what will get the ongoing material whilst the original Hearts of Steal will remain the static series from a defunct comic line that it always was.
It's basically a big weird attempt at Arc Welding that isn't that great.

Heh thanks.
The Blitzwing was actually already out of the box, the seller just kept the box & instructions & then sold it along with the toy which is good cause I like keeping the box. I love him, he's one of Animated's best characters & him being a triple changer is way cool along with his 3 faces. Animated ended too soon.
I already opened the Silverbolt cause even if it is over a decade in mint condition I did want to transform it cause Silverbolt was one of my favorite characters on Beast Wars when I saw it on You Tube as kid & his romance with Blackarachnia was adorable. Its a great toy though there is an issue in that its left arm in beast mode can't seem to hinge properly so its kinda loose compared to the right arm where it has no problems staying in place.
Next up I plan on getting Movie Barricade's new toy as well as Nitro Zeus' toy.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."To be fair, the "original" Hearts of Steel universe had basically written itself into a corner where the Autobots were now just hanging out on contemporary Earth in regular old automobile bodies and the Decepticons had all been killed.
At least this method opens itself up for more fun steampunk flashbacks.
Well it's more complex than that, coz Japan continuity makes no sense.
Yeah, that's also why I didn't like OG Hearts of Steel too much either. It just ended with all the Decepticons falling off a cliff and dying. Heck when they came back for Cthulhu they weren't anything but brainwashed lackeys. A waste of cool characters.
I go TR Kup today, he is up there with Triggerhappy for being one of the best figures of this line. :)
The platypus is my spirit animal.I just thought of this so I wanted to ask.
If the Robots in Disguise cartoon established that there are Cybertronian's who can naturally have animal like alternate forms then what was the point of Shockwave's experiments in creating the Dinobot's?
